DEAR DIARY, MAKING OUT WITH MY PATIENT ANNA NICOLE SMITH, CAN SHE RUIN ME?

description

Inside the twisted world of one of the doctors charged with enabling troubled dead beauty Anna Nicole Smith with her fix!

Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry
read explosive entries from the diary of accused Dr. Sandeep Kapoor at a prelim hearing to determine whether Kapoor and two other co-defendants should stand trial.

While Kapoor’s lawyer has maintained his client is gay, objecting to prosecutor’s charges that Kappor had sexual relations with Anna Nicole, (video and photographic evidence to the contrary), statements from Kapoor’s own diary appear damning.

"I was making out with Anna, my patient, blurring the lines," the judge read from the  diary.
"I gave her methadone, Valium. Can she ruin me?"

Another excerpt recounting Kapoor’s mounting exhilaration as he rode in a gay pride parade with Smith, flanked by cops keeping paps at bay.

Kapoor admits his own addiction in the diary: "I also need to get off the drugs. The Buspar, Wellbutrin have to go. But first the Ambien has got to go.

"Oh God, it’s so addicting. I have to get off that  s**t."

His own concerns didn’t stop Kapoor from prescribing the same drugs to Smith later.

Kapoor, Dr. Kristine Eroshevich and Smith’s then boyfriend-lawyer Howard K. Stern are charged with conspiring to illegally provide controlled substances to an addict Smith, who died of an accidental drug overdose in 2007.
