Phoenix police arrested “Deadliest Catch” co-star Jake Harris at a convenience store Saturday, citing the Discovery Channel fixture with car theft and drug possession.

According to police records reviewed by The National ENQUIRER, Jake had traveled to Phoenix from Washington state with an unnamed female companion. The woman reported to police on Friday afternoon that Jake had taken off in her car without her permission while she slept at their hotel.

On Saturday, the woman summoned police to the convenience store, where she’d tracked Jacob down and confronted him. Police arrived and separated the two, who had begun fighting, and asked to see Jake’s ID.

When a baggie of Xanax pills fell from the troubled reality TV veteran’s pocket, police inspected further, found that Jake was also carrying crystal methamphetamine, and arrested him on three felony counts.

Jake’s woes began with the death of his father, Capt. Phil Harris — who suffered an on-air stroke while filming a “Deadliest Catch” episode in 2010. Police arrested Jake that year on a DUI charge.

Phoenix officials released Jake, 31, on his own recognizance Monday and scheduled his next court appearance for May 5.
