Duchovny, 54, will pay $40,000 in spousal support to Leoni as well as $8,333 in child support
David and Tea both live on the Upper West Side of New York City, will reportedly have joint legal custody of their daughter, Madelaine, 15, and son Kyd, 12.
Duchovny and Leoni wed in 1997 and first split in 2008.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported, the former "Californication" star was treated for sex addiction, the couple reconciled only to bust up again in 2011.
