Top ten reasons David Letterman tied the knot.
Dave confirmed during the taping of his show that he married his longtime GF Regina Lasko who is the mother of his young son Harry, 5. The couple got married Thursday at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Montana.
During the chat show Letterman let the proverbial cat out of the bag when congratulating pal Bruce Willis who wed over the weekend.
"I hear Bruce Willis got married this weekend," Dave said. "There’s another wedding I’d like to mention. We got married in Montana. Went to the Justice of the Peace."
But leave it to Dave to gag about his own nups.
On the way to the court house their car got stuck in the mud and he had to leave his family mired opting to leave them to return home to get another car, fearing he’d be late for his own wedding.
"So I get out of the truck and I walk two miles back to the house… and the whole way, I’m thinking, ‘See, smart ass, see, see, you try to get married, this is what happens.’ "
This is Letterman’s second marriage since his marriage to Michelle Cook ended in 1977.
