In a move that has rocked the racing world, Dale Earnhardt Jr. is walking out on Dale Earnhardt Inc. after failed negotiations. Earnhardt said he will continue racing until November. Earnhardt said he is leaving the company because it failed to give him controlling interest. Earnhardt Jr’s stepmother Teresa has been in control of the team and their relationship has been characterized as strained. Earnhardt J.r, who has not won a NASCAR championship, will start looking for a new employer in the fall.
