CUSTODY HEARING FOR ANNA’S BABY ADJOURNED

description

Friday’s hearing to determine who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith‘s baby, Dannielynn, was adjourned for one week. The three major parties, Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur each attended the brief hearing.

Virgie Arthur’s lawyer John O’Quinn announced Virgie would meet with Birkhead on Saturday, April 14, without lawyers or press “to figure out what they believe is in the best interest of this child — and try to get it done.”

Howard K. Stern told reporters that no decisions have been made in regard to custody but that Birkhead had visited the 7-month old child and helped feed and care for her.
