Divorce attorney Dominick Barbara who reps the goth magician’s estranged wife Joanne Sarantakos has defied Angel’s curse — and lived to tell.
Earlier this year, Angel claimed he’d make the portly lawyer "disappear" – and he nearly did – all the way to Davy Jones Locker.
Last month Barbara’s boat was set ablaze in Long Island Sound and the barrister jumped overboard to avoid being flambéed.
He was soon rescued by the ever -vigilant US Coast Guard.
The shaken but not stirred lawyer told The New York Post he intended to depose Angel not matter what hoodoo the magician might summon.
"His illusions are worth tens of millions of dollars."
