Fiancee of accused Craig List Killer thinks it’s all a frame! And friends say the wedding is still on!
"Philip did not commit this crime," Phillip Markoff‘s intended Megan McAllister said.
"Unfortunately, somebody else did and needs to be penalized. Philip was set up!"
Markoff, the accused Craigslist killer, was place on suicide watch yesterday in Boston when shoelace marks were discovered on his neck.
McAllister’s father told press "She’s still confident in Phil. Other than that, we’re saying a lot of prayers."
That confidence may be shattered as police divulged they found a handgun in the suspect’s apartment that ballistics identified as the one that murdered escort Julissa Brisman in a Boston hotel room.
The pistol had been stashed in a hollowed-out copy of the medical/art textbook Gray’s Anatomy.
Markoff and McAllister planned their nups on the Jersey Shore in mid August.
A member of a Bruce Springsteen tribute band hired by the couple to play the reception said "As of today, the wedding is still on."
