According to court documents, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has concerns about the safety and welfare of Britney Spears‘ two sons if they are left in their mother’s care. Child welfare investigators are looking into "multiple child abuse and neglect" claims involving Spears and her kids, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
The agency says they are also investigating Brit’s ex, Kevin Federline, though the documents do not provide details. The agency requested the court not alter the current custody and visitation arrangements in the couple’s custody battle until their investigation is completed.
