COURT: BRIT CAN KEEP KIDS — AS LONG AS SHE’S SOBER

description

On Tuesday, Sept. 18, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon ruled that Britney Spears can continue to share joint custody of her two sons with Kevin Federline if she stays clean and sober.

Britney and Kevin were ordered to refrain from consuming alcohol or other non-prescription controlled substances during or for the 12 hours immediately preceding time with the kids. In addition, Brit was ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing after the judge said, “Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol” by Spears.

Both Kevin and Britney must also engage in joint co-parenting counseling and complete the Parenting Without Conflict program. The exes must refrain from making derogatory remarks about each other in front of the kids and are prohibited from using corporal punishment with the boys.
