Police have uncovered startling new evidence in the Bobbi Kristina Brown murder case – the fingerprints that could identify her killer!
Following the 22-year-old’s tragic death July 26, a law enforcement source told The National ENQUIRER in a bombshell world exclusive: “The fingerprints will nail the person responsible for ending the life of Whitney Houston’s daughter.
“The fingerprint discovery can be the ultimate smoking gun if Bobbi Kristina’s killer is brought to trial!”
Before she died, Bobbi Kristina’s grief-stricken family had filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against her fiery boyfriend, Nick Gordon, accusing him of viciously beating her in the days and weeks before the tragedy.
The law enforcement source told The ENQUIRER that the “CSI-style forensic evidence” was collected within hours of Bobbi Kristina being found unconscious, facedown in a water-filled bathtub, at the Roswell, Ga., townhouse she shared with Gordon on Jan. 31.
Said the source: “While it’s no secret Nick and several others were in the townhouse when paramedics arrived, it’s a piece of physical evidence found upstairs that directly relates to wrongdoing in the incident – and that contains the incriminating fingerprints!”
The insider said the prints have at least eight so-called “minutiae points” – the minimum number of links called for by authorities that can declare a match to a specific person.
Top Los Angeles private investigator Dan Hanks, who is not involved in the case but is following it closely, told The ENQUIRER: “If the cops have fingerprints of Krissi’s killer, it will supersede the additional circumstantial evidence. This could be a homerun for Krissi’s family, who want someone to go to jail for what happened to their poor girl.”
The law enforcement source added: “Nick and the others were not in the house when the fingerprints were collected.”
In an exclusive interview with The ENQUIRER in June, Debra Reis Brooks, a close pal and neighbor, confirmed that Gordon, 26, and another friend, Max Lomas, 25, who had placed the 911 call alerting authorities at 10:23 a.m. that morning, remained in her home while police conducted their investigation next door.
Debra told The ENQUIRER: “Nick was so out of control and the police came up to me and said, ‘Would you take him in?’ because they wanted to bring [Bobbi Kristina] out on a stretcher and didn’t want him to see her.”
Gordon was panic-stricken and reeked of alcohol and still seemed drunk, she said. Debra recalled that he vomited several times in her home.
She said Lomas, an accused drug dealer, acted “very scared and he kept saying, ‘I can’t get arrested.’”
But it was Gordon who for the last six months has remained the key person of interest for investigators, the source told The ENQUIRER.
“One of the working police theories is that Nick knocked Bobbi Kristina out in a fit of rage and then panicked,” the source said. “He thought about the way Whitney died, and then must have put Bobbi Kristina into the bathtub, thinking he could stage an accident or suicide scene.
“Now Bobbi Kristina’s finally dead, and the heat’s going to be on Nick for a long time.”
