Peter Falk‘s wife legal battle with daughter over conservatorship!
Official legal documents filed by Falk’s wife of 32 years, Shera Danese Falk, reveal that the ailing Peter entrusted her to manage his affairs before his mental health deteriorated.
The star’s daughter Catherine Falk filed a motion for conservatorship prior in LA County Superior Courthouse as The ENQUIRER reported previously.
Shera declared the former TV sleuth,81, was receiving more than adequate care and doesn’t have a close relationship with his daughter.
Shera’s filing included multiple declarations from the couple’s accountant, housekeeper, the late Johnny Carson‘s wife Joanna and fellow thesp actor Joe Mantegna.
