Shera, his wife of more than 30 years, will remain in charge of his personal care.
His daughter Catherine Falk filed a petition last year to take over her the TV detective affairs, igniting a war between the Falks.
The ruling allows Catherine a half hour visit with her father on alternate months.
He might not remember them though.
Falk doesn’t always remember his own hit show any more nor the character that made him famous Columbo.
