Trouble for son of CLARK GABLE — John Clark Gable Jr.’s girlfriend has been discovered dead in their Malibu mansion.
The Los Angeles County coroner's office said that celebrity makeup artist, Christiane Candice Lange, 41, was found dead on Wednesday morning in the Gable’s Morning View Drive home.
The night before, Lange had told Gable she did not feel well and went to sleep. When he checked on her at 10 a.m. he was unable to wake her and called EMTS who found her unresponsive.
“It could be a natural,” LA County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said.
At this time, cops don’t suspect foul play but are investigating a possible prescription drug overdose as probable cause of death.
