Rock legend CHUBBY CHECKER slapped Hewlett Packard with a multimillion-dollar legal lawsuit over a penis-size app.
Checker’s lawsuit filed in Florida charges trademark infringement against HP for offering an app on Palm mobile devices called “The Chubby Checker”, Law360.com reported.
The app allows ruler-challenged users to calculate the length of man's penis based on his shoe size – a long, enduring parlor game.
Rock legend Checker whose “Twist” ushered in a nationwide craze in the 1960s alleges that using his name to brand the penile app violates Chubby Checker ™ trademark registrations his company has issued for use on hamburgers, pork chops and wieners.
