CHELSEA CLINTON pumps stocks of internet holding company as she hooks up with media mogul BARRY DILLER.

Stocks rose 62 cents as the former first daughter Chelsea joined the board of directors of IAC/InterActiveCorp which is run by media mogul Diller.

Chelsea, 31, who is married to Marc Mezvinsky, is a doctorate student at Oxford University and works at New York University.

She remains active working with her dada Bill Clinton with the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative, IAC confirmed.

Media powerhouse IAC, which is also involved in film and TV production, own websites such as Match.com and Citysearch and is currenly pitching new TV shows to the networks.

After Chelsea’s appointment to the board was announced, IAC/InteractiveCorp shares rose 62 cents, or 1.5 percent, to $41.11 in morning trading Tuesday, The Hollywood Reporter said.
