They've got the money to spoil their kids rotten, but some Hollywood stars have been accused of not pulling their weight when it comes to supporting their offspring. The ENQUIRER has the scoop on some of TinselTown’s ugliest child support battles. Chances are some of these guys won’t be getting ties this Father’s Day!

MEL GIBSON Mel was married when he got Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva pregnant. His 29-year marriage to wife Robyn fell apart, and Oksana gave birth to a daughter, Lucia, in October 2009. And that’s when the REAL trouble started! The two split in 2010, and after a few brawls, Oksana filed for a restraining order. Meanwhile, Mel refused to pay child support unless she paid “rent” in the home she was living in – that he owned – but a judge put an end to Mel’s shenanigans. The 58-year-old “Braveheart” star was ordered to pay tens of thousands of dollars in back support and Oksana was awarded $20,000 in monthly payments. Eventually, the pair reached a settlement of $750,000 and a house.

JESSE JACKSON Civil rights activist, Baptist preacher and married father of five Jackson, 72, had a lot of explaining to do when his mistress Karin Stanford started sporting a baby bump. A breast cancer survivor, Karin was warned by doctors that the pregnancy could be life-threatening, but she went forward with it anyway and gave birth to their daughter, Ashley, in 1999. In 2012, Stanford claimed that Jackson owed her $11,694.50 in past due support. Jackson claimed he’s been paying child support and reportedly went to court to formalize the $4,000 a month child support payments he was already making to Stanford.

TOM SIZEMORE The “Saving Private Ryan” star was slammed with a lawsuit in 2009 for allegedly owing a whopping $58,800 in child support for the twin boys, Jagger and Jaedon, he fathered with his former girlfriend, Jinele McIntire. And Jinele didn’t pull any punches. In her lawsuit, she stated: “Tom Sizemore is a deadbeat dad!” The 52-year-old actor, who has battled drug and alcohol addiction problems that landed him in jail, also did time for belting his former girlfriend, “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss, and even allegedly punched Jinele when he visited her home to discuss his late child support payments. Jinele later went after Tom for health insurance coverage for the kids and $50,000 in attorney fees. Sizemore claimed that McIntire made up allegations against him, and that he had it on tape.

DAVID CARUSO A nasty paternity suit erupted in 2009 between the “CSI: Miami” star and his ex-girlfriend, Miami yoga instructor Liza Marquez, the mother of his two children. While Caruso, 58, was paying $25,000 a month in child support, Marquez slammed him with a lawsuit charging fraud, breach of their settlement agreement and emotional distress. They eventually settled, but the following year she claimed she was pressured into signing off on the settlement. However, a judge denied her request to set the settlement aside.

PAUL MICHAEL GLASER Glaser’s ex-wife Tracy Barone went after the “Starsky & Hutch” star in 2011 for $16,000 in child support for their daughter, Zoe Anne. Even worse, Barone charged that Glaser spent very little time with the girl, seemed disinterested in her welfare and refused to pay for half of her schooling. Glaser, 71, married Barone in 1996 after his first wife Elizabeth tragically died from AIDS. Barone, who had to sell their Agoura Hills, Calif., home in 2011, filed a court action against the actor claiming that he was behind on $3,224 in child support and $13,000 in alimony. A judge ordered Glaser to pay for half of his daughter’s schooling plus $3,500 in attorney’s fees.

JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME The “Muscles from Brussels” action star had a stormy relationship with his fourth wife, model Darcy LaPier, but they still produced a son, Nicolas. The marriage was rocked by domestic violence and police calls, and when they divorced in 1997 after three years together, she was awarded $27,000 in monthly child support and $85,000 a month in spousal support. But Darcy later claimed that Jean-Claude, 53, skipped out on his child support payments for seven years by remaining out of the country. She also claims he cheated on her frequently during their marriage. Van Damme never admitted or denied that he stopped paying child support.

VAL KILMER “Tombstone” star Val, 54, was wed to British actress Joanne Whalley- Kilmer, his “Willow” co-star, from 1988 to 1996 and they had two children – Mercedes, 22, and Jack, 19. But in 2011, Joanne charged that he’d fallen seriously behind in his child support payments of $27,500 a month. She took out a lien on his 6,000-acre ranch in New Mexico, where he raised bison. He ended up selling it that year. It’s not the first time the two squabbled over child support – Joanne also took out a lien on his home in Los Angeles in 2007, but it was removed when he paid her off.
