DAVID CARRADINE's third wife, GAIL JENSEN, has died after a long history of alcohol related health problems.
RadarOnline.com reports Jensen, 60, passed away late last week in a Fresno County, California, hospital after falling and hitting her head.
"She had gone into the hospital because of problems with her kidneys. She was retaining fluid," Jensen's mother Patricia said.
"On the third day, she tried to get up and fell and hit her head. It put her in a coma and after a day and a half, she died."
Jensen had been married to the late Kung Fu star David Carradine for 11 years.
As The ENQUIRER was the first to report, last summer Carradine died last year from auto-erotic asphyxiation.
