The Today show’s weekend anchor Campbell Brown is pregnant with her first child. Brown, who wed political aide Dan Senor last year, announced her good news on Sunday’s show but did not specify her due date.
Brown’s baby plans could throw a wrench into her career, however. The rising NBC star was expected to jump over to CNN to replace Paula Zahn, according to reports.
