Seann William Scott learned martial arts for the hit movie “Bulletproof Monk,” but he could have used the training seven years ago when he was mugged twice — and lost his shirt!
It happened while the actor was on his way to a “Baywatch” audition and fell asleep on a bus.
“When I awoke, I dashed out without realizing I was in a bad neighborhood,” he told an interviewer.
“Suddenly this car pulls up with gang members in it, and one of them goes, ‘I like your shirt.'”
Seann handed over the shirt, but his troubles weren’t over. A second batch of gang members arrived and asked him what happened to his shirt. When he told them, they demanded his shoes!
He arrived on the “Baywatch” set shirtless, shoeless and bedraggled, only to be told that casting was over.
But when he told the casting director about his plight, “he gave me the money for bus fare home!”
