Britney Spears‘ assistant, Alli Sims, has been subpoenaed by Kevin Federline‘s lawyer. Federline is seeking primary custody of his two son with Spears. His lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Press that Sims has been served papers asking her to give a deposition “in connection with the Britney Spears-Kevin Federline issue” because she is “believed to have relevant information.” Britney has not commented on the subpoena.
