Britney Spears is due in court on Wednesday, Jan. 23, her “manager” Sam Lutfi told Access Hollywood. Brit will go to court to ask for visitation rights for Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney thinks she should be able to see the tots “in a therapeutic setting.”
Meanwhile, Brit’s former paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is telling his side of the ongoing Spears saga to Entertainment Tonight. Ghalib’s wife, Azlynn Elizabeth Berry, filed for legal separation from the paparazzo on Friday, according to court documents. Berry cites irreconcilable differences for the split and asks that Ghalib pay spousal support and her attorney’s fees.
