Britney Spears' lawyer said his client was not yet fit to participate in her conservatorship proceedings.
Her court appointed lawyer Samuel Ingham and her father, James Spears, met with Commissioner Reva Goetz for well over an hour and a half.
Spears probate case is scheduled for docket July 31 but Ingham claimed it would be harmful to the rebounding pop tart's mental condition. He described her treatment as "fluid" and ongoing.
Goetz agreed that her mental diagnosis was not yet complete.
