Britney Spears was spotted going into the office of Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, at 10:40 am Monday to give a deposition in relation her child custody case. Brit — who was wearing a dark blue off-the-shoulder top and jeans and she spoke in a British accent to photogs outside — left more than two hours later. Britney was escorted by her friend/manager Sam Lutfi.
Monday's deposition put Britney in a much more serious mood than she was in over the weekend. On Saturday, Britney invited photogs from X17 photo agency into her house to hang out. Sam Lutfi reportedly told the guests that Britney has taken out a restraining order against her new beau Adnan Ghalib. However, the L.A. County Superior Court claims no such order exists.
On Sunday, Britney worked on choreography for her song "Hot as Ice," at the Millennium Dance Complex, according to a report. While outside the dance studio, Britney used her British accent to speak to the paparazzi. When asked about Adnan, she told paps, "I don't know who that is... I have never met him before." And when asked to give money to a homeless person, she replied, "You are better off being homeless than being me, sir."
