After recently splitting with fiance Jason Trawick, sources say the 31-year-old divorced mom of two has been scouring Internet matchmaking sites, looking for her Mr. Right.
“She doesn’t have the courage to go on any dates yet, but she’s doing a lot of anonymous flirting,” revealed a friend. “Britney has tried several sites, including millionairematch.com and richsoulmate.com. She’s found a few guys she thinks are hot. She’ll chat and flirt but won’t go further.”
As The ENQUIRER reported last week, Britney’s loved ones say she can’t stand to be alone and fear her bustup with Trawick will eventually spark a breakdown – like the one she suffered in 2008 – and send her back to a mental ward. So those close to her are said to approve of her Internet trawling.
“THEY THINK IT’S A GOOD THING THAT SHE’S occupying her time with thoughts of moving on in the romance department,” said the source. “They’re not opposed to her doing the online thing so long as she doesn’t actually go out and meet a stranger from the sites.”
But the pop star, who’s planning a long run of shows in Las Vegas, seems serious about finding a new mate – and baby daddy.
“She’s been talking about having another kid for a while now,” disclosed another insider. “She was hoping it would happen for her and Jason, but now she’s moving on.”
