Britney Spears has had her visitation rights suspended indefinitely. After hearing testimony from Kevin Federline, his bodyguard, two police officers, and a court-appointed custody monitor, Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that K-Fed will continue to have sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. The next hearing is set for February 19.

Britney Spears is a no-show so far for her court date today. The singer was supposed to be at L.A. Superior Court by 9:30 for a crucial hearing in the ongoing custody battle over her two sons. Her ex, Kevin Federline, showed up for the hearing a half hour early, wearing a suit and sporting a new mohawk hair ‘do.
Britney is reportedly planning to skip the hearing, sources told radio host Ryan Seacrest, who is close with Britney’s camp. While Brit is not technically required to be at the hearing, she was reportedly strongly advised by her lawyers to be there or risk losing custody of the kids.
Britney spent the weekend shopping with her photographer boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. The pair hit up a Mercedes-Benz dealership, Macy’s, DSW shoe store, Rite Aid and even tested out mattresses while the paparazzi tagged along. Brit was also photographed wearing her old wedding dress from when she married Federline. Britney was also using a British accent when she spoke.
