While there has been no official confirmation via producers or holidaying Simon Cowell, an X Factor insider divulged Spears was NOT going to be asked back so she shan't return for season three.
Spears' deal with X Factor netted her about $15 million, as the insider cited a major ratings plunge and fans’ indifference to Spears judging “style”.
Not to worry a wit as the twit still has a singing career and is said to be cutting a new LP with the ubiquitous will.i.am.
