While exiting the parking lot of a Beverly Hills medical facility on Thursday, Britney Spears allegedly ran over the foot of a photographer. Upon impact, Brit stopped the car for a second and covered her mouth with her hands. Britney was seen crying behind the wheel but she did not get out to check on the paparazzo’s condition. The Beverly Hills police department says they have not been contacted by anyone filing a report.
Ironically, Spears’ lawyers reached an agreement on Thursday in connection with her Aug. 6 fender bender. Brit, who was charged with hit-and-run, will pay approximately $1,000 to Kim Robard-Rifkin, the owner of the vehicle that was damaged.
On the bright side, Kevin Federline‘s lawyer says he expects Brit will have her visitation rights reinstated before the exes are due in court on Oct. 26.
