BRIT GOES TO COURT, GETS MORE TIME WITH BOYS
After an emergency motion was filed by Britney Spears' lawyers seeking expanded visitation rights with her sons, the troubled pop star was granted one overnight visit per week with them.
L.A. County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon granted Britney monitored overnight visitation, but it is not clear who the monitor will be. According to TMZ, Brit wanted her mom to serve as a monitor.
Britney did not appear at the courthouse on Thursday morning with her lawyers for the hearing, but showed up in the afternoon to testify. Despite her win in court, TMZ reports Brit left the courtroom visibly upset.
