BRISTOL PALIN has obtained a temporary restraining order against her alleged stalker Michael Cummings.
The 39-year-old Texas man is allegedly stalking SARAH PALIN'S daughter and has even sent her an engagement ring and a marriage proposal.
According to court documents, the Dancing With The Stars alumna claims she fears for her safety after Cummings showed up at her parents' house on Dec. 27th while family was celebrating Bristol's son Tripp's fourth birthday.
Cumming's mother reportedly called Alaska police to tell them her son was looking for Bristol before he showed up at Palin's house.
