Teen prego queen Bristol Palin custody battle with Alaska hunk Levi Johnston gets nasty!
Bristol, the daughter for former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has gone to court to get a piece of ex-fiancé Levi’s bread garnered from his brief tenure as a money making machine on the bottom feeder circuit for their out-of-wedlock child Tripp.
Court docs filed by Bristol’s lawyer in Alaska, demand $1,750 a month in child support from the alleged deadbeat hockey hunk dad, dating back to the birth of their spawn in 2008.
According to the docs, Bristol contends that Levi has made "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities."
"I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi" Bristol said in a sworn statement, also claiming Levi has paid $4,400 over the past 13 months of Tripp’s life.
Palin’s attorney is pleading for temporary support from her mother’s nemesis pending a permanent child support ruling.
Meanwhile Levi’s camp says he’s ponied up more than $10,000 since their love-child Tripp was born.
