LATEST: Reality rocker BRET MICHAELS remains in critical condition, his rep confirmed.
The hair band rocker and reality star, 47, was rushed to the ER undisclosed hospital with an excruciating headache.
The headache was caused by a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding at the base of his brain stem).
The former Poison front man and current Celebrity Apprentice contender Michaels, a diabetic, is said to be in critical condition.
"After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram (it was) decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause," a source said.
Michaels is “touch and go”, doctors say.
