TV vet “One Day At a Time” star BONNIE FRANKLIN confirms she’s battling pancreatic cancer.

CBS released a statement revealing Franklin, 68, is undergoing treatment.

Franklin is best remembered as single mom Ann Romano in the hit omedy "One Day at a Time," which aired from 1975 to 1984.

Franklin’s co-stars included Valerie Bertinelli and Mackenzie Phillips

Franklin and her family "remain extremely positive".

Her recent credits include appearances on "The Young and the Restless" and "Hot in Cleveland”.

Sadly, pancreatic cancer claimed both Patrick Swayze and Michael Landon.

Bonnie’s “One Day” TV daughte,r Mackenzie Phillips via TTwitter sent "out love and sweet prayers" to the "incomparable Bonnie Franklin."
