Whitney Houston is being dragged to court by BOBBY BROWN, who is trying to change the terms of custody of BOBBI KRISTINA, their 14-year-old daughter. Bobby said he’s suing because he is devastated that he lost his right to see his daughter. Bobby also claims that he has been homeless at times. He is seeking spousal support as well as child support. The divorce was finalized on April 24, and Whitney was awarded full custody of their daughter. A court date has been set for June 15.
