Bobbi Kristina Brown Murder Bombshell!

Bobbi Kristina Brown Murder Bombshell! Only In The ENQUIRER

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family has filed a $10 million civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon, accusing him of viciously attacking her – giving prosecutors even more ammunition to charge him with homicide, a top legal expert said.

Authorities have now collected enough evidence to prosecute Gordon for murder and convince a jury that he brutalized Bobbi Kristina to an early grave, a source close to the criminal investigation claimed to The National ENQUIRER.

Slapping Gordon with the suit was a “strategically smart move,” former top Brooklyn, N.Y., homicide prosecutor Javier Solano, who is not involved in the case, told The ENQUIRER.

“He will be forced to give a legal deposition answering the charges in the civil suit, which prosecutors can use against him.

“Their intent will be to show that the bruising was not self-inflicted.”

The suit revealed disturbing details of an incident eight days before the daughter of late diva Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in a bathtub at the Roswell, Ga., townhouse she shared with Gordon, on January 31, 2015.

In that incident, according to the suit, Gordon viciously attacked Bobbi Kristina, then 21, “punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair.”

In a series of dramatic photo recreations, we've pieced together the potential aftermath of the brutal episode.
