Bobbi Kristina Brown: ‘Autopsy Will Lead To Murder Charge!’

The autopsy of BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN will hold the key to helping authorities build a compelling murder case against her brutish lover.

That’s the view of one of America’s top medical examiners, who said the official report will likely find Whitney Houston’s tragic daughter died from a lack of oxygen to her brain due to swelling – possibly caused by a savage beating at the hands of Nick Gordon.

“If she was beaten and there was evidence of that beating, the autopsy will show how she sustained a brain injury causing the brain to swell,” veteran forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht told The National ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview.

In a stunning move, 26-year-old Gordon has preemptively lawyered up with the one pit bull that could keep him out of jail – the legal eagle that won freedom for accused baby killer Casey Anthony!

The ENQUIRER has confirmed Gordon’s lead attorney will be Jose Baez, whose no-holds-barred tactics won “Tot Mom” Casey a “not guilty” verdict in the death of her adorable 2-year old daughter, Caylee.

“Nick is sweating bullets,” a source close to the case told The ENQUIRER. “But he hopes to become the next Casey Anthony in the event criminal charges are filed against him!”

Bobbi Kristina, 22, had been in a medically induced coma and life support since she was found Jan. 31, facedown in a water-filled bathtub in the Roswell, Ga., townhome she shared with Gordon.

In a chilling twist to the drama that has engrossed the nation, Bobbi Kristina’s family sensationally fingered Gordon for the fatal attack – and slapped him with a $10 million civil lawsuit.

In court papers, the estate alleged Gordon had attacked the aspiring singer, “punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.”

In a move that could bolster their bid for justice, Bobbi Kristina’s closest girlfriend stepped forward from the shadows last week in an effort to substantiate the bombshell allegations.

“I know of at least four occasions when [Nick] struck [Bobbi Kristina],” Alex Reid said in an interview. “She also told me about how he had tried to choke her once.”

According to Alex, Bobbi Kristina also told her how Gordon had “hit her in the face and thrown her against a wall!”

While troubled Gordon has remained silent on the allegations, the District Attorney overseeing the investigation continues to probe what happened that night, and could file criminal charges.

“The autopsy will help make a murder case against Nick Gordon,” a law enforcement source told The ENQUIRER. “It’s a valuable tool, and the evidence from the postmortem exam can be presented to a grand jury.”

Medical evidence collected while Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized will also be added to the case file, said Dr. Wecht, who famously studied the autopsies of President John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley.

He said high-tech X-rays can also detect any evidence of “trauma, including fractures, dislocations and injuries to the spinal cord.”
