“Roger Rabbit” star BOB HOSKINS has died at age 71.

The BBC reported he passed away from a bout with pneumonia/

He retired from acting two years ago after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

One of Bob’s earfiest screen appearance was in Richard Lester’s swash bucking spoof “Royal Flash” in 1975.

His standout telly career was jumpstarted by the BBC adaptation of Dennis Potter's "The Singing Detective".

His breakout roles were in “The Long Good Friday” and was Ocar nomm’ed for “Mona Liksa”.

Desire his most famous role in “Who Framed Riger rabbit” he rarely appeared in one dimensional flicks livening ujp “Mermaids” with Cher, “Hook”, Nixon”, “The Super Mariko Brothers”, Terry Gilliam’s “Brazil” and others.

His final role was in “Snow White and The Huntsman” with Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron.
