BLUBBERLICIOUS BRIDE FINDS LOVE AGAIN

She was a 756-pound beauty wrapped in a wedding dress made of 45 yards of fabric – and Susanne Eman dreamed of being the biggest bride in America. Then the mother of two decided to slim down, and her fickle fiancé left her at the altar. But now the big Arizona babe has found a new man who’s eager to keep her packing on the pounds – all in the name of love!

IN 2011, SUSANNE made headlines announcing she wanted to weigh 1,610 pounds on her wedding day. “I’m looking forward to pushing the limits and seeing just how fat I can get,” she declared at the time. With encouragement from her fiancé, chef Parker Clack, Susanne gobbled up to 30,000 calories a day.

But when she appeared on “Dr. Phil” in May 2012, the TV shrink made a serious intervention that put Susanne on a path to weight loss. By Christmas, she was down to 480 pounds. That meant Susanne was only half the woman that her fiancée wanted to marry, though. As Susanne puts it, the selfish chef “just split.”

Surprisingly, Susanne wasn’t happy with her new weight either. “I felt absolutely tiny,” she said, and was back up to 550 pounds by Nov. 2013, boasting on social media: “I’ve outgrown another shirt! It won’t even cover my blubberliciousness!”

Now Susanne, 38, is set to keep gaining with the support of new beau Nick Abbate – a chef, weight loss coach and nutrition writer who once lost 251 pounds himself!

Despite his now-healthy lifestyle, formerly morbidly obese Nick had been looking for a big girl on a dating website. “My ad said that I wanted a lady that was fun, that enjoyed to eat, that liked having a good time – and I got her!” he gushed. Nick has also made sure that Susanne exercises to maintain a healthy heart, while feeding her stacks of sandwiches and plentiful plates of pasta. Now we’re hoping Susanne still has that wedding dress, even though she wants to keep gaining enough weight to no longer fit into it.

And she insisted: “I’m ecstatically happy! I have it all!”
