Gossip Girl Blake Lively began to have doubts  when she found herself crawling on all fours, leashed and tethered!

The CW cutie thought she had it made career-wise when she landed a plum role alongside A-listers Julianne Moore, Robin Wright and Keanu Reeves in provocative - and steamy -- new flick The Private Lives of Pippa Lee.

But when one scene had Blake as a very lively submissive to a dominatrix  bound, and leashed to the demanding tether of Julianne Moore, the 22-year-old blonde was like totally OMG WTF -- This IS my chosen career?!

"It was an odd thing to do but really funny," Blake told FoxNews.

"There was a point when I was crawling on all fours and Julianne was like 'purr for me' and I thought 'what am I doing with my life? I've finally got the most respectable job of my career yet I'm being leashed up and asked to purr.

 "But Julianne is such a wonderful, kind and happy person so that made it easy to feel safe crawling around leashed up."
