You’d think “DWTS” champion Bindi Irwin has the world by the tail with her hoofing victory and boyfriend Chandler Powell.
But the 17-year-old daughter of the Crocodile Hunter reveals she’s still wracked with anxiety about dad Steve Irwin‘s 2006 death.
“When your superhero dies, that’s really scary,” says Bindi, who’s now back at her duties with the Australia Zoo. “The strongest person has been taken away (from you), so what about everyone else?”
Bindi says her greatest fear is losing mom Terri and brother Robert. She wants to protect them, so it’s always “be safe” and “I love you.”
