Soul on Ice Queen Pam Grier joins cast of Smallville!
The superstar actress of Coffy and Quentin Tarantino‘s Jackie Brown will be a series regular on the CW series featuring Tom Welling as young Superman.
Pam will be DC Comics villainess Amanda Waller.
In the comics, manipulative schemer Waller headed up secret government agency black ops Suicide Squad and Checkmate and on TV appeared in the Justice League Unlimited series.
Pam makes her first appearance during the Justice Society two-parter at the beginning of 2010, according to reports.
No word yet whether she’ll be drafting Clark Kent into her vast legion of government -approved shadow warriors.
