That’s the sad story of Yolanda Foster, though. The reality show star, 51, and her music maven husband, David, 46, originally wanted $27.5 million for their Mediterranean mansion.
But it looks like someone got a great deal on the private estate with an incredible ocean view.
Hopefully the new owners have a large family because the property has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, lots of open living spaces — and even a citrus orchard that provides fresh orange juice!
