The worst Major League Baseball Scandal of all-time is set to devastate the National Pastime as 20 players including Alex Rodriguez and Ryan Braun may be suspended for performance-enhancing drugs.
ESPN.com reports that the suspected players are linked to a Miami area clinic and if the suspensions are indeed forthcoming the scandal will be the largest in the history of professional American sports history.
The founder of the now closed Biogenesis of America, Tony Boschm, is said tyo have struck a deal, cooperating with MLB's investigation and is ready to name names.
Sources said the drug enhancing snitch will giving MLB the hard evidence they believe they need in order to suspend the players.
Reportedly, the commissioner's office might seek 100-game suspensions for Rodriguez, Braun and other players — the penalty for a second doping offense.
The argument, ESPN said, is the players' connection to Bosch is one offense, and previous denials or the use of PEDs constitute another.
