MIKE FLEISS, creator of “The Bachelor,” has found his own beautiful “Bachelorette” – and she’s one of the world’s most gorgeous women.

The real-life Cupid behind 18 seasons of “The Bachelor” and 10 of “The “Bachelorette” took time out to do some romancing himself and ended up falling head over heels in love with 2012 Miss America Laura Kaeppeler.

Meanwhile, the 50-year-old mega-producer divorced his high school sweetheart wife Alexandra Vorbeck in 2012 after 24 years of marriage and two children.

“Mike worked very hard to get where he is, and as a result his marriage collapsed as they grew apart,” revealed a close friend.

But it didn’t take the master matchmaker long to land his future bride. The happy couple met while Mike was judging the 2012 Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas.

Over the years, the reality TV mogul – a second cousin of infamous Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss – had encountered many beautiful women, “but when he met Laura there was something special about her that caught his eye,” said his friend.

“Laura won the pageant and won Mike’s heart at the same time.”

Following the pageant, Mike and Laura, 26, stayed in touch, and after a few months, they began dating. By the end of 2012, they were engaged.

They’re now living together in Mike’s Malibu estate, which he purchased from Mel Gibson, and are busy making wedding plans for the end of the year or early next year.
