Lovestruck KATIE HOLMES is telling pals that she wants to be a mom again – and new squeeze Luke Kirby is her dream baby daddy!
Sources say the pregnancy shocker is sure to enrage her ex Tom Cruise, especially since sources say their storybook marriage imploded after Katie refused to expand their family.
“Katie is so ready to start a new chapter of her life, and she wants to make Suri’s dream of becoming a big sister come true,” divulged an insider.
“Suri has been pestering Katie for a baby brother or sister for a few years, but Katie and Tom were having such terrible problems that she didn’t want another child.
“After she and Tom split last summer, Katie gave up on her baby dream. But since meeting Luke, Katie feels reborn. She’s so ready to start fresh with him and put the past – and Tom – behind her.”
As The ENQUIRER previously reported things got steamy between Katie and Luke, both 34, while they filmed sexually charged scenes for the movie, “Mania Days.”
The two were also spotted strolling together in New York’s Greenwich Village, and later shared lunch, with Katie already been gushing to pals that Luke is great dad material.
And after slipping to a frighteningly thin 99 pounds early in May, the 5-foot-9 actress is taking better care of herself, said the source.
“She’s getting into baby-making shape.”
