New mom Kourtney Kardashian is going to be a bride!
Her baby’s father, Scott Disick, was so moved by the birth of their son, he asked Kourtney to marry him, sources tell The ENQUIRER.
“Scott realized how much he truly loved Kourtney when the baby was born in mid-December. In his excitement over becoming a new dad, he proposed – and Kourtney said yes,” revealed an insider.
The 26-year-old businessman – who became an outcast in Kourtney’s family for cheating on her and not holding down a job – is now determined to prove he’s a changed man since the birth of his
and Kourtney’s little boy, Mason Dash Disick, on Dec. 14.
“The family was heartened too see how Scott stood by Kourtney through the pregnancy and birth,”said the insider.
“Having Mason made a huge impact on Scott and he’s really matured. He wants to be a positive role model as his father.”
Scott’s hoping that his new role as daddy and fiance will help thaw out his once chilly relationship with Kourtney’s family, particularly with his bride-to-be’s younger sister Khloe and mom Kris Jenner.
“The one person he can still expect an awkward hug from is Kim, but that has more to do with sisterly rivalry than anything else,” divulged the insider.
“Kim is dating football player Reggie Bush and is said to be hoping for a proposal from him.”
Said the insider: “Kim was sure she was going to beat Kourtney to the altar.”
