ARUBA SEX SWINGER DEATH TRAP: “IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME!”

Robyn Gardner

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW! Swinger invited to join tragic ROBYN GARDNER in Aruba by sex-crazed murder suspect—HOW she escaped death! “I just thank God I’m still alive!”

That’s what self-admitted swinger Rebecca Toring told The ENQUIRER in a bombshell world exclusive interview while detailing how she cheated death at the hands of Gary Giordano – the fiend imprisoned in Aruba on suspicion of killing blonde beauty Robyn Gardner for a $1.5 million insurance payoff.

“Gary invited me to Aruba, and if I had gone I would probably be dead now – just like poor Robyn,” said a badly shaken Rebecca.

Feeling “bad vibes” about the twisted lothario, Rebecca, 36, turned him down. But Robyn went with him on what cops believe was a final fatal fling in the sun.

The FBI interviewed Rebecca twice, believing the Williamsburg, Va., woman holds vital clues about Giordano. “The agents wanted to know everything about Gary – what kind of sex he liked, the nature of our relationship, how and where I met him,” said Rebecca. “They asked me if he had suggested me going on a trip with him and buying life insurance – and I told them he had. The thought of it all sends chills up my spine!”

For months Giordano tried to get Rebecca to travel to Maryland to have sex with him and the woman he called “my girlfriend Robyn,” she revealed.

Rebecca admitted she was planning to meet the couple for three-way sex and had a date set for Aug. 10 – after Giordano’s scheduled return from Aruba!

“Now, it looks like that date’s off,” Rebecca told The ENQUIRER.

Giordano first contacted her on a swingers’ website in June. The 50-year-old advertised himself as just 31. He also told Rebecca he’d been married once and was wealthy. In fact, the Maryland technology specialist had been married twice and was facing serious financial difficulties.

In a series of e-mails obtained by The ENQUIRER, Giordano wrote Rebecca: “Hey, lover, send me some naughty pix.” Another time, he cooed: “Let us know when you can come out to play. Kisses.”

Rebecca confessed that the creep “seemed charming and charismatic. We hit it off and he be-gan calling, e-mailing and texting me every day.

“Eventually, we started having ‘phone sex’ every day for up to an hour at a time, and he started trying to convince me to come to Maryland and visit him and Robyn for sex. “I never spoke with Robyn, but he said they were both interested in bringing me into their relation¬ship. Gary also sent me obscene photographs of himself and other women – and he began trying to talk me into posing for photos for a sexual pay-per-view website he wanted to develop.”

At that point, Rebecca said Giordano became “controlling and dominant,” demanding to know who she’d slept with. Once, she said, he growled at her: “I’m the man, you’re the woman – you do what I say!” He told Rebecca he had met Robyn online, too, and claimed her boyfriend was in the dark about their hookups.

During one exchange, he asked Rebecca to go to Aruba with him on an all-expenses-paid vacation. “He said he wanted to have sex and wanted to take pictures and videos,” noted Rebecca.

“He hinted that Robyn would be coming along.” But Rebecca added Giordano made a mistake that may have saved her life.

“He really scared me when he said he would take out insurance on me and I would have to sign some forms,” she said. “I thought, ‘He wants to take me down there and kill me.’”

Adding to her apprehension, she said Giordano started talking about Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teen who went missing in Aruba, and her suspected killer Joran van der Sloot.

Rebecca recalled: “Gary said, ‘It’s too bad about her. They’ll never find her – I’m sure they won’t.’ “When I told him I thought Joran was attractive, he said, ‘For someone who looks so stupid, he must be pretty smart. He got away with murder.’”

“After he went to Aruba, I didn’t hear from him,” said Rebecca.

“Then, on Aug. 19, I saw photos of Gary and Robyn, who’d gone missing, on the news. I thought, ‘Oh, my God! I KNOW that guy!’ “All I could think was, ‘That could have been ME!’”
