An arrest warrant on a gun charge has been issued for the husband of missing Stacy Peterson.
Drew Peterson‘s fourth wife, Stacy, disappeared and has not been seen since October 28, 2007.
Illinois police believe she has been murdered.
Peterson, a former Bolingbrook, Illinois police officer, is a suspect in the case and has repeatedly claimed his wife just left him.
His third wife, Kathleen Savio, who drowned in a bathtub, is now ruled a homicide after her body was exhumed.
The warrant stems from a gun charge leveled at Peterson after defying a ruling that he can not have his firearms returned.
To date, Peterson has not been charged with either of the two suspected homicides.
