Wotta guy! ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER refuses to pay MARIA SHRIVER spousal support in divorce settlement.

Arnold filed in court yesterday he won’t pay for attorney fees in the 25 year old marriage split nor spousal support for Maria.

As The ENQUIRER previously reported Maria filed for divorce July 1 after the bombshell revelation that Arnold fathered a love child with the couple’s housekeeper, Mildred “Patty” Baena.

In the dueling filings, the former California Governor and Kennedy heiress are both seeking joint custody of their sons, ages 17 and 13.

They do not have a prenuptial agreement, according to their filings.

According to legal experts, Shriver would be entitled to half of Schwarzenegger's assets under California state law.

Whether or not Arnold gets custody of the couple’s two boys he’ll still have to provide financial support for his children.

In previous high profile celeb divorces, those sums have totaled tens of thousands of dollars a month.

The exact terms are expected to be secretly negotiated via their lawyers.

Any agreement would only become public if there is a dispute later, or they their divorce goes through the Superior Court.

Maria, a former NBC TV news journo, has kept her lips zipped about future plans while Arnold has resumed his acting career.
