Music superstar ARETHA FRANKLIN cancels concerts per doctors’ orders as fans fear the worst.

“Due to her doctor's recommendation for treatment," Aretha canceled two upcoming concerts according to her official Facebook page.

Franklin, 71, was scheduled to perform this Monday May 20th at Members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra to celebrate the 24th annual Corporate Night and from a gig at Foxwoods Resorts & Casino.

Aretha has been plagued by health problems in recent years but did not disclose the condition for which her medical team is recommending treatment.

In December 2010, she underwent surgery for a pain in her side that  "was so hard it almost brought me to my knees" Franklin told media.

Feel better, Lady Soul.
